Cancellation Policy
There will also be a 20% no show fee, 10 minutes after your appointment time. As well as a cancellation fee within the hour before your appointment time. With the exception of an emergency situation. I understand things happen, however would appreciate that you notify me at your earliest convenience if we need to make changes to your appointment. If i need to reverse a no show or cancellation fee in special situations i do not have a problem doing so.
